By agreeing to hire equipment from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ssssilentdisco.co.uk undertake to provide you with the equipment you have booked, in working order, on the date(s) you agreed.

All equipment provided including: headphones; transmitters; storage containers; cables are to be stored securely and returned in the same condition as they were on delivery, and packed as you received them.

You will be responsible for all equipment once it has been delivered/collected until it has been returned to us.

If the headsets are not repacked correctly there may be a charge if any damage occurs.

Please note that equipment will only be reserved once payment is received. On return of equipment any damaged or missing headphones are charged at £30 each. Damaged or missing transmitters are charged at £80 each. Missed delivery/collection is charged at £20.

Cancellation: Refunds will not be given within 14 days of your agreed delivery. However, customers are welcome to postpone their booking if required at no extra charge with reasonable notice.

Customer billing and delivery information is processed by Stripe.

Please familiarise yourself with the equipment prior to the start of your event.
